My Weekly Weight Watchers Journal: Week 8

You’re reading about week eight of my weight loss journey dedicated to an awesome Christmas Party outfit!

It’s been eight weeks since I started using PointsPlus Values on the Weight Watchers Plan and I have lost a total of 13.6 pounds so far.  I am posting a weekly weight loss journal on the mom blog in hopes that I will feel TOO guilty to cheat if I know I have to tell you about it!

Every MWeight Watchers Onlineonday I will record my weight loss, hopefully you won’t ever read about any weight gain after each week of my weight watchers diet!  This morning, I  showed a 2.4 pound loss from last Monday after counting PointsPlus values on Weight Watchers!  I can wear jeans that WERE NOT going to fit before starting on the Weight Watchers Plan 8 weeks ago!  Weight Watchers is great because I know that it will keep coming off without the uncomfortable pains of “dieting.”

  • Now that school is in session, I am finding more time for a quick walk every day.
  • I didn’t drink huge amounts of water, just every once in awhile if we went out to eat.
  • I stayed within my flex points this week.
