It’s been six weeks since I started using PointsPlus values on the Weight Watchers Diet and I have lost a total of 10.8 pounds so far. I am posting a weekly weight loss journal on the mom blog in hopes that I will feel TOO guilty to cheat if I know I have to tell you about it!
Every Monday I will record my weight loss, hopefully you won’t ever read about any weight gain after each week of my weight watchers diet! This morning, I showed a .2 pound loss from last Monday after counting PointsPlus values on Weight Watchers! Feels so good to keep seeing progress.
- Now that school is in session, I am finding more time for a quick walk every day.
- I didn’t drink huge amounts of water, just every once in awhile if we went out to eat.
- I had over half my flex points left Sunday night. Next week I’ll make sure to use them all.
- I didn’t lose much this week, but last week I showed a 4.6 pound loss, so I can’t be upset about this week. At least I didn’t gain any!
