This recipe has approximately 250 calories, 2 grams of fiber and 4 grams of fat. It makes 4 servings (1 1/4 cup each). My family is VERY picky and they loved this recipe. I hope your family enjoys it too.
French Onion Chicken and Potato Bake
- 1 lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 3 medium potatoes, unpeeled and cut into chunks
- 1 can French Onion soup (My kids didn’t like the onions, so I pulled them out after the dish was done cooking)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pepper to taste
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Season chicken with garlic powder and pepper.
Brown chicken in skillet that has been sprayed with Pam.
Spray 8 X 8 baking dish or casserole dish with Pam.
Place chicken in baking dish and place potatoes on top of chicken.
Pour soup over the top and sprinkle with pepper.
Cover this with foil and bake 40 – 50 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
