Look what my son found on the front porch, a HUGE box from Skinny Pop! I contacted them about reviewing their popcorn but never imagined to find a box this big on our porch. I love to try new “healthy food,” and Skinny Pop looked like a great find. As far as “healthy food” goes, my family isn’t always as eager to try it as I am, but when they saw all the popcorn in this box, they couldn’t resist!
This popcorn didn’t come in individual serving bags, these are full size bags that you share with your friends. My 6 year old doesn’t even eat popcorn and now he’s asking where he can find more of it since he and his brother have already finished off two bags in three days! So, on Valentine’s Day, he took his teacher a bag and the class shared it at snack time.
Even our dog Dakota can’t wait for to get her paws on the Skinny Pop. She just sat watching the kids eat in hopes they would throw a few peices her way or maybe just drop a few kernels. This popcorn is only 39 calories per cup and does NOT taste like it is low fat or diet, it has a full flavored taste! It is also cholesterol free, all natural, gluten free and has zero trans fat.
I normally pop popcorn in the microwave and don’t buy it already popped, but this Skinny Pop is great and I will definitely buy it once our Skinny Pop popcorn supply is gone. My kids are already concerned about running out and we still have 8 bags left. I saw this popcorn in my Walgreens, and you can find your nearest location HERE.
If you read my blog regularly, you know that I watch my weight by counting Weight Watchers points. Popcorn is one of my regular snacks and Skinny Pop definitely fits into my Weight Watchers plan. Whether you are watching your weight or not, I encourage you to try Skinny Pop. It allows you to have a great tasting snack, without the guilt.
Now, for the fun: Skinny Pop is giving away a case of popcorn to one lucky US winner, 18 years old and up. Will it be you?
