It has been my rule of thumb for over a year now, that EVERY morning I eat a protein bar / nutritional bar for breakfast!  The family has donuts, I have a bar, family eats out in a restaurant, I have a bar.  This can be very hard to do sometimes, but it keeps my daily calories down.  When it comes to breakfast, I can really pig out before I know it!

These bars contain hunger blockers which generally hold me over for about 2.5 hours.  Just eat the bar and drink a bottle of water along with it.  My husband stayed away from these bars for awhile because he’s not one for “protein bars” but once he tried the Cinnamon Caramel Crunch, he had me online ordering him additional boxes!

IdealShape also carries the IdealShake which tastes very good.  I have the Chocoloate, but IdealShake meal replacement shakes also come in Vanilla.  They too, carry a hunger blocker.  The hunger blocker which is contained in the meal replacement shakes is called Slendesta.  IdealShake is gluten-free, has 22 vitamins and minerals and only 120 calories for an 8 oz. serving.

IdealShake has a great blender bottle, but I really like these meal replacement shakes in the blender.  Just add 8 oz. of water, one scoop of IdealShake powder and a handful of ice.  Blend it up and you’ve got an awesome ice drink, perfect for Summertime!
