Creek Fishing After The Rain

Yesterday it poured down rain, but Bobby still wanted to spend time at the creek with his fishing pole in hopes of catching a few fish.  We got the bug repellent sprayed on him, he grabbed his tackle box and his pole and we headed off to the creek. How Do You Relieve Stress?

My youngest LOVES to fish!  After a long day at school, he loves to relax with a fishing pole in his hand.  He has a friend that lives nearby and they fish about 3 - 4 times a week together, especially after a long day of testing, etc. Sometimes he comes home from school and says it was so stressful that he just needs to fish.  I can completely understand that so I try to get him to the fishing hole as much as possible. School Red Ribbon Week

This week is Red Ribbon Week at school.  Each day of the week has a different theme. Monday's theme was "Drug Ruins Dreams." On this day, the kids could wear pajamas to school. Tuesday's theme was "Hairs to a Drug Free Life." Spring Break Has Officially Started

Today was the first day of Spring Break and the kids went fishing in the creek behind the house.  I told them it was too cold to catch fish, but they proved me wrong.  Bobby is the one who found the "winning fishing hole."
